1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KenoGO website, applications and services (together, the "Service"), operated by KenoGO Pty Ltd under a licence issued by the Victorian Government and regulated by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This page is a representative Terms and Conditions document provided as part of a front-end demonstration build. It does not constitute the legally binding terms of the live KenoGO service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to gamble. We may request identity verification at any time and may suspend access pending verification.

3. Your account

You may hold only one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

4. Playing & tickets

KenoGO offers multiple Keno games, including KenoGO Classic, KenoGO Jackpot and KenoGO Heads or Tails. Draw outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator. Once a ticket is purchased and the relevant draw has commenced, the ticket cannot be cancelled or amended. It is your responsibility to confirm your selections before purchase.

5. Deposits & withdrawals

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals are paid to a verified payment method and may be subject to identity and source-of-funds checks. Deposit limits and other player protection controls are available in your account settings.

6. Prizes

Prizes are calculated in accordance with the rules of the relevant game and the published prize tables. Advertised jackpots represent the maximum available prize and are subject to the game rules. We will use reasonable efforts to credit winnings to your account promptly after a draw is finalised.

7. Responsible gambling

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, using automated systems to place bets, colluding with other players, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
